Application
To apply for one of our homes, you may either apply online or download an application to fill out and return.
Apply Online
You can apply online as long as you have a working email address. Note, you must have a credit or debit card in order to submit the application. It will ask you to pay a $25 application fee just before submitting. If you are not able to pay this fee online, then please download our paper application and return to the office along with cash or money order for your application fee.

To download an application to be approved as a resident in one of our communities, click here. If you have pets, you will also need a pet application.
Application Fee
Please note there is a $25 application fee for each applicant. Each person over the age of 17 must fill out an application separately. If you are mailing the fee, please do not send cash! You may send a money order. You may also pay using a credit card or debit card when you Apply Online.
Pets
If you plan to have an animal with you in the home (whether a pet, service animal, etc.), you will need to complete an online application for approval. There is a fee of $25 for pets, but no charge for emotional support or service animals.
