Use the button below to pay your application fee or make a deposit on one of our homes by debit card or credit card. A processing fee of 3% plus $0.49 is added to all payments (the fee is labeled as a "tax" but it is in reality a processing fee). You will be asked for an email address at the end. If you are a tenant making a regular payment, do not pay here! Instead, log into your account online and pay there to insure the payment is successfully applied to your account.
