Carpenter's Ridge
Located between Dallas and Bessemer City, Carpenter's Ridge offers housing in a quiet, country setting. The park is nearby the Dallas-Cherryville highway, and not far from I85 and highway 321.
Chapel Grove
This community is located in Gastonia just minutes away from Crowder’s Mountain. It’s a quick drive to shopping; Walmart, Food Lion, Tractor Supply, just to name a few. It’s also only a few minutes from Kings Mountain or downtown Gastonia, via Routes 74 or 85. Locked mailboxes are provided for all residents at no cost.
Circle Park
This community is located in Kings Mountain, close to Route 74 and Ingles, making shopping and commuting a breeze. The neighborhood is on a dead-end street and is great for families. Locked mailboxes are provided for all residents at no cost.
Cobb
Off of highway 74, on Yarbro Road, this pleasant community in Kings Mountain is not far from I85.
Don's Mobile Home Park
This community in Gastonia is located minutes away from “Christmas Town” (McAdenville). There are larger than usual yards, lots of shade trees and North Belmont Park is only a few minutes walk away.
Harbor Woods
Our coziest community is located on Oak Grove Road in Kings Mountain, close to the Route 74 Bypass. Enjoy country living without giving up easy access to shopping. Stores are just a few miles away, including Walmart Grocery, Food Lion and Ingles. Also conveniently located just down the street from our office. Homes are all newer models, with a few 2018 models.
High Ridge Court
This desirable community off of Yarbro Road in Kings Mountain is beside highway 74 and provides easy access to I85.
Joy
This small country park on Joy Drive is positioned between Cherryville and Shelby, off of highway 150, in the Waco area.
Kensington
This family friendly park is located close to Route 321 in Gastonia. The community offers lots of privacy on a wooded cul-de-sac, with no thru-traffic. The lots are larger than most other communities, providing lots of yard to enjoy.
Lake View
This community in Gastonia is off the beaten track, tucked away in the woods with less than a dozen homes. There’s a small pond and lots of peace and quiet to enjoy. Only a few miles from the South Carolina border and a great, easy commute to Charlotte or downtown Gastonia. Locked mailboxes are provided for all residents at no cost.
LL Birchfield
Off of Mauney Road and just outside downtown Stanley and beside highway 27, this community provides short drives to shopping areas, multiple restaurants, the Stanley Middle School, and the Community Public Charter School.
Mace Park
This community is located in Bessemer City, convenient to Shelby, Kings Mountain and Gastonia. With only a few homes on this dead-end street you’ll have plenty of peace and quiet. Close to Tryon School.
Magnolia
This community is one of our most popular with Charlotte commuters. It is just a few miles from the South Carolina border, located near the Carolina Speedway. There are plenty of mature shade trees and wooded back yards on this dead-end street, perfect for families! Locked mailboxes are provided for all residents at no cost.
Morrison
This family-friendly community is a hidden gem, located close to Shelby Middle School and Shelby High School. Tucked away on a wooded dead-end, the park offers privacy and convenience at the same time. Locked mailboxes are provided for all residents at no cost.
Oakhurst
This quiet, shaded community on Yarbro Road in Kings Mountain beside highway 74 offers access to I85.
Rockdale
This peaceful park on Gantt Road in Vale is near highways 18 and 27.
Sante
One of our most popular communities for commuters, Sante Park is located in Gastonia right off Route 74, very close to Route 85. The park is quiet and surrounded by woods. Locked mailboxes are provided for all residents at no cost.
Shadow Wood
This desirable, small community offers newer model homes and huge yards. Most homes even have carports. The neighborhood is close to Routes 18 and 180, with Ingles and many other stores nearby. Locked mailboxes are provided for all residents at no cost.
Suburban Acres
Suburban Acres is near an upscale rural area located centrally between Kings Mountain, Shelby, and Bessemer City. Local schools are excellent. You can enjoy the pleasures of country living and still be close to shopping conveniences in nearby Shelby and Kings Mountain, both of which are only 10 minutes away.
Gastonia is only about 20 minutes driving time and Charlotte is 45 minutes away.
Suburban Acres is located 5.5 miles from Hwy 74 bypass.
From Charlotte: Take I-85 south to exit 10B. Go 5.6 miles on Hwy 74 bypass to the Moss Lake - Waco exit. Turn right off the exit ramp onto Stony Point Road. Drive 5.5 miles and Suburban Acres is on your left. Turn left on Exeter Lane (2nd entrance).
From I-85 North: If headed north, take exit 5 and go left on Dixon School Road (the name will change to Bain Road and then to Kings Mountain Blvd). Drive 3.1 miles and then turn left onto Hwy 74. Go 7.5 miles and Suburban Acres will be on your left (Hwy 74 runs into Stony Point Road).
From I-85 South: If headed south on I-85, follows directions given from Charlotte above.
